PieCruiser Technologies provides:

02Quotations

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

03Payments

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
• Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Monthly subscription services must be paid in advance.

04Revisions

Minor revisions are included according to the agreed package. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

05Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Project requirements
• Logos
• Images
• Content
• Feedback
• Necessary approvals

Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

06Intellectual property

Upon full payment:

• Final deliverables become the client's property.
• PieCruiser Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

07Third-party costs

Unless specifically mentioned, the client is responsible for:

• Domain registration
• Web hosting
• Premium plugins
• Stock images
• API subscriptions
• Third-party software licenses

08Refund policy

Payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

09Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Completed work performed before cancellation remains billable.

10Limitation of liability

PieCruiser Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Data loss caused by third parties
• Downtime due to hosting providers
• Indirect or consequential damages

11Warranty

We strive to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee:

• Search engine rankings
• Social media growth
• Sales or revenue outcomes
• Third-party platform availability

12Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where PieCruiser Technologies operates.
